Iguazu Falls, a natural wonder, unveils its splendour in the heart of the Argentinean and Brazilian rainforest. Day 1 – PUERTO IGUACU
You will be picked up by your private driver from Iguazu Airport (IGR). Enjoy a free day to explore the city of Puerto Iguazú. We recommend a visit to the Triple Frontier. This international triple border is located at the intersection between Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay. The borders of these three countries follow the course of the Iguazú and Paraná rivers (the second largest river in South America).
This triple border can easily be reached on foot from your hotel, we recommend though a boat ride to the confluence of the ivers Iguazú and Paraná.

Day 2 – IGUAZÚ FALLS, ARGENTINA
With approximately three-quarters of the falls situated on the Argentinian side, this park provides a larger area to explore than the Brazilian side. Today you'll start on the Argentinian side, where you can see 275 waterfalls, including the 90-meter-tall Devil's Throat. Various trails will take you close to the waterfalls, offering views from above, below, and different angles. If water levels allow, you can visit San Martin Island in the middle of the falls. Throughout the day, you'll also have the chance to see wild animals like coatis, monkeys, toucans, caimans, and turtles.

Day 3 – IGUAZÚ FALLS, BRASIL
If the Argentine side is all about getting up close and personal, the Brazilian side offers an incredible and breath-taking full-frontal view of all the falls. Because 80 percent of the falls are in Argentina, you really can’t see the scale of them from the Argentinean side, whereas, on the Brazilian side, you see everything, which will give you a better grasp of just how big the Iguazu Falls really are.

DAY 4 – FINAL DAY*
Private transfer to the airport, at a given time, your driver will pick you up from your hotel. If you have time before your flight, we recommend visiting the Guira Oga wildlife sanctuary. The sanctuary's primary goal is the rescue, rehabilitation, breeding, and reintroduction of native wildlife, particularly birds.

THE GREAT RIVERS OF ARGENTINA
The rivers of Argentina are deeply marked by the country's distinctive territory and landscape. Such is the richness of water in Argentina that among its rivers is one of the largest in the world. Argentina is part of the La Plata basin, the Río de la Plata watershed, which drains a large part of South America.
Río Paraná – 4.880 km: The waters of the second-longest river in South America flow through Brazil, Paraguay, and Argentina. It is the most important river in the La Plata basin due to its great flow and length. When it reaches its mouth, the Paraná forms a constantly growing delta, thanks to the sediments that come from the Paraguay and Bermejo rivers. Since it flows into another river, this delta is unique because it is entirely freshwater, unlike other major deltas in the world.
Río Salado Norte – 2.210 km: This river changes names along its course. Also known as the Salado River or the Juramento River, it has a watershed of nearly 125,000 square kilometers. Among the rivers of Argentina, the Salado is the second longest.
Río Uruguay – 1.838 km: This is the South American river that crosses the most countries. It is of great importance because its waterways give rise to the La Plata watershed. Among its most interesting natural attractions is the Guarani Aquifer System, one of the largest freshwater reserves in the world.
Río Iguazú – 1.320 km: The Iguazú River flows through southern Brazil and northeastern Argentina. It has unique characteristics that allow it to host a great biodiversity of animals and vegetation. Its major tourist attraction is the Iguazú Falls.
Río Bermejo – 1.060 km: This is one of the most important rivers in Argentina as it is part of the La Plata basin. However, the Bermejo River carries an enormous amount of sediment, making it difficult to use as a water resource. Nonetheless, the Bermejo has a wide variety of landscapes, from mountainous deserts to humid forests due to the irregular climate of the area.
Río Pilcomayo – 1.100 km: Pollution has especially affected this river, which marks the border between three countries, including Argentina. Therefore, despite its great length and flow, using the water from this river is difficult in many of its stretches.
Río Colorado – 1.000 km: This river is located in north of Argentina. Due to the aridity of the territories it traverses, the Colorado River plays a fundamental role in the development of the region. In some areas of northern Argentina, the waters of its rivers are the only ones available for human consumption and irrigation of the fields.
